Albuca nelsonii is a very hardy, robust, evergreen, clump forming bulb with strap-like, bright green leaves. White, scented flowers striped with green are arranged on a long erect stem from September to January.
This is a good cut flower. It is suitable for rockeries and embankments in a sun or shade position.
It is also a good plant for the difficult areas that are in shade for part of the year as well as those dry areas under trees that are matted with roots.
Used as a protective charm.
